Mona is a Palestinian woman from Al Kabri village, who lives with her husband and her two orphaned grandsons in Burj El-Barajneh Camp, Lebanon.
Mona’s husband owns a small video games shop. Unfortunately his income doesn’t cover the family’s basic needs and the fees of the private school where the two grandsons are studying.
Mona dreams of a Palestine where the streets are beautifully decorated and the people are finally able to celebrate their freedom.
This International Women's Day, on March 8th 2019, host your own afternoon tea and support the legacy of extraordinary Palestinian women like the late medic, Razan al Najjar.
All funds raised will go towards our Razan al Najjar Scholarship Fund which provides training to even more paramedics in Gaza.
