Sadaqah Jariya – The blessings of continuous charity

Ongoing charity – Sadaqah Jariyah – is one of the most valuable acts we can do in this life. It continues benefiting us, even after we have left the earth. Any act of charity which continues to have positive effects on a community in the long-term can be considered a Sadaqah Jariyah. It will keep earning you rewards for as long as people benefit from your charity.

Interpal have provided hundreds of family and public tanks to ensure clear water for people in Gaza every year, we support 8,000 children with sponsorship, we have support agricultural projects and we support over 1000 students every year. Every act of good, every positive outcome from these programmes not only benefits individual Palestinians but also the Palestinian community. It means that good continues to flow through people and through generations.
