‘Our Lord, and send among them a messenger from themselves who will recite to them Your verses and teach them the Book and wisdom and purify them. Indeed, You are the Exalted in Might, the Wise.’ (Quran 2:129)

The final revelation of faith was made through Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), the last and greatest of the Prophets and Messengers.

Inside the Muslim quarter of Jerusalem’s Old City lies al-Haram al-Sharif, or the Noble Sanctuary. This 35-acre compound comprises Islam’s third holiest site after Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia; Al-Aqsa Mosque. The mosque is known for being the place where the Prophet Mohammad (phuh) was transported to during the Israa and Miraaj.

Al Aqsa Mosque is also the site where, during Israa and Miraaj, Prophet Muhammad led all of the prophets (pbut) in prayer.

The site is an important destination that holds great significance for Muslims all across the world.
