We need your
help this Ramadan!
Throughout Ramadan Interpal relies on the generosity of
people like you who donate their time to support the organisation. This
Ramadan, we will have numerous Live appeals, street collections, mosque
collections and administrative volunteering opportunities in our London office;
with our first opportunity on the 5th of June!
Below is a list of the dates and times of our Ramadan live
appeals and some of our Tube collections.
If you would like to support Palestinians in need
this Ramadan or know of anyone who may be interested, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a
call on 020 8961 9993. None of this can happen without your support!
1. Live Appeals
There will be two separate types of appeals for two
different channels; Islam Channel and Al-Hiwar TV.
Islam Channel (Sky 806)
Wednesday 17th June
Saturday 27th June
Tuesday 7th July
These appeals will take place in the
Islam channel offices . We need approximately 60 volunteers. The appeal
will start straight after Maghrib, so we will require volunteers to arrive at
the Islam Channel offices by 8pm
for training and information on our new packages, and finish at approximately
6am. We will be providing Iftars, Suhoor
and taxis home at the end of the appeal.
Al-Hiwar – Arabic TV
Evening Live Appeals
Saturday 20th June (10pm – 2am)
Saturday 11th July (10pm – 2am)
Morning Live Appeals
Sunday 21st June
Sunday 12th July
These appeals will occur at our
Head Office in West London . We need approximately 30 Arabic speaking volunteers.
We will also require 10 volunteers to attend the next morning as the channel
repeats the live appeal the next day (Yes, this is for you excellent volunteers
who are unable to attend our evening appeals as it’s too late for you!). We will
also be providing Iftars for these appeals with taxis home.
2. Tube Collections
The tube stations have given us a maximum number of
collectors at a time at each station, however we will not expect you to stay
the whole time so we have broken the day into four shifts. If you can do
more than one shift with a friend that will be absolutely excellent, but please
choose a time free for you and do spread the word!
Friday 5th June: Goodge Street – 2 people
Saturday 13th June: Archway – 2 people
Friday 19th June: Tower Hill – 2 people
Saturday 27th June: Stratford – 5 people
6:30 am – 10:30 am
10:30 am – 2:30 pm
2:30 pm – 6:30 pm
6:30 pm – 10 pm
Drop us an email or give us a call and let us know the times
you are willing to take part!
3. Mosque Collections
As soon as our mosque collections have been organised, we
will let you know so that maybe you can attend the local mosque in your area!
Please do let us know when you are available and how you can
help – your hard work and dedication plays a vital part in ensuring that
Interpal is able to offer aid to the Palestinian people who are in need now
more than ever.
Thank you so much for your support.

This International Women's Day, on March 8th 2019, host your own afternoon tea and support the legacy of extraordinary Palestinian women like the late medic, Razan al Najjar.
All funds raised will go towards our Razan al Najjar Scholarship Fund which provides training to even more paramedics in Gaza.
