Mahmoud, aged 12

Mahmoud is from Beit Hanoun in Gaza. At just 12 years old, he has already endured three devastating assaults, with last year’s alone killing over 2,200 Palestinians and injuring more than 11,200.

One year on from the Gaza assault, we received a drawing by Mahmoud that we have chosen to share with you. His drawing tells us that he, and thousands of other children in Gaza, are still severely traumatised and in urgent need of support.
