What does 2023 look like for Palestine?

In 2023, the siege in Gaza will enter its 16th year. This means another year of suffering for Palestinians as they face one of the world’s longest-running military occupations in recent times. The restrictions on movements mean Palestinians have very limited access to necessities and basic amenities.

The siege in Gaza has also left hospitals lacking sufficient infrastructure and training support. Doctors and nurses are overworked, and healthcare centres are often disrupted by power cuts. This leaves the Palestinian people unable to receive life-saving medications and treatments.

There is also a high level of food insecurity in Gaza as access to food is a struggle due to poverty and the restrictions of the occupation.

How do we support Palestine?

At Interpal, we support healthcare facilities by providing medical supplies across Gaza and the West Bank. We also offer financial aid to help cover the costs of treatments. During the winter months, Interpal also runs emergency campaigns to give aid to refugee camps.

With your help and donations, the Interpal team can support the people of Palestine in their hardships and provide respite to their struggles.
